A Florida man was arrested at an auto-parts store in Georgia after he was heard “barking like a dog” for more than an hour.

According to an incident report obtained by Law&Crime from the Forsyth Police Department, the owner of an Advanced Auto Parts store in Forsyth called police to report a white male who had “been at the store for over an hour and was barking like a dog.” When officers arrived and confronted the man, who was identified as 29-year-old Jonathan Navas, they asked him what was going on. He responded that “he had no idea that he was causing any issues,” the incident report says.
