A 23-year-old “online content creator” in New Hampshire is facing a felony charge of criminal mischief for allegedly contaminating food products at a grocery store “with her urine” and filming it for social media.
Kelli Tedford, 23, is accused of making “disturbing videos” of her pee antics on Feb. 10 and posting them to an undisclosed internet app, according to the Keene Police Department. A press release posted Friday on Facebook details how she allegedly did this on multiple occasions, with “similar” incidents and videos being discovered online by investigators dating back to 2021. The footage that landed Tedford behind bars was uncovered earlier this month after an anonymous person saw it and reported her to Keene Police.
“In one of these videos, Tedford recorded herself contaminating items in a local business with her urine,” cops said. “Numerous additional videos of Tedford were reviewed by investigators. At this time, it appears likely that similar historic incidents occurred in Keene and surrounding communities where Tedford contaminated items and/or surfaces with urine.”
Tedford, who was arrested on Friday, is currently being probed for additional charges, according to Keene Police. Residents have been asked to contact authorities if they find any more videos or hear about any other “suspicious incidents” involving Tedford.
The local grocery store, the Monadnock Food Co-Op, released a statement after the incident saying it immediately removed the affected products and issued a recall in coordination with the health department.
“Upon notification from law enforcement, we immediately reviewed store video, identified affected products, removed them from our shelves and sanitized all surfaces,” the business said. “We also reached out to members who purchased at-risk products. No fresh produce, meat, seafood, prepared foods or refrigerated products were affected.”

According to Monadnock, police have told management that Tedford’s urine videos “likely occurred at other retail locations” in the area. It’s currently working with the police and health department officials to try and identify other offenses.
“Our community’s health and safety remain our top priorities,” the business said. Anyone who has witnessed “suspicious incidents” or pee videos involving Tedford is asked to contact the Keene Police Department.
Her arrest marks at least the fourth time a content creator has been charged for online pranks and stunts since December. In January, a twisted social media prank landed a 19-year-old and a 17-year-old from Texas behind bars on charges of making terroristic threats after they allegedly followed elementary school students home from school and asked if they “wanted to be kidnapped.”
In mid-December, a famous TikToker known as Wolfie Kahletti — who calls himself a “troll” and “supreme villain,” with over 14 million likes and 300,000 followers — was arrested in Arizona for allegedly using a can of Hot Shot Ultra Bed Bug spray to film a social media “prank” video in which he sprayed the pesticide on vegetables, fruit and rotisserie chickens that were available for purchase. The man, Charles Smith, is facing a felony count of introducing poison and misdemeanor criminal damage, endangerment and theft charges for the incident.
“Smith filmed his face, the pesticide can, and the act of spraying,” the Mesa Police Department said of the Arizona incident. “He later posted the video online.”
