The last confirmed sighting of Nancy Guthrie occurred on Saturday night at approximately 9:30 p.m. outside her home in Tucson. Her disappearance was reported the following day around noon. Police have suggested that evidence from her home implies she did not leave voluntarily.

Nancy Guthrie is described as standing 5 feet, 5 inches tall, with a weight of approximately 150 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes.
