Relationships that begin with love or camaraderie can unexpectedly spiral into perilous territory.

Oxygen has unveiled a trailer for the fourth season of the riveting true crime series, Killer Relationship with Faith Jenkins, set to premiere on Sunday, November 9, at 7 p.m. ET/PT.

Ahead of the show’s return, an October 14 preview hints at the complexities awaiting in the 10 new hour-long episodes, featuring couples whose bonds ended in unforeseen disaster.

Host Faith Jenkins cautions viewers in the trailer, stating, “In this season of Killer Relationship, affection transforms into animosity.”

One story captures this harrowing shift vividly, with an individual recalling the gruesome scene: “The living room was drenched in blood—he was stabbed 32 times.”

One individual recounted that dangerous dynamic in shocking detail, recalling, “Every inch of that living room was covered in blood–32 times he was stabbed.”

In addition to romantic couples, the emotionally charged season will go beyond romantic twosomes and will also feature the fraught dynamics between families, colleagues and friendships.

In a chilling moment from the trailer, a woman reflected on a message that made her shiver. “My phone dinged,” she recounted, “and it said, ‘I got her. I’m coming for you.’ I just felt my heart drop through my stomach.”

How does Killer Relationship with Faith Jenkins approach its subject?

Killer Relationship with Faith Jenkins covers first-hand accounts from victims’ family, friends and law enforcement.

Another source recalled a disturbing scenario that went from casual to catastrophe, saying, “He didn’t want just a work friend. He wanted more.”

Each hour-long episode reveals the inner workings of intimate attachments that seemed fated to last forever but ultimately ended in murder.

Jenkins, whose background includes being a criminal prosecutor in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, brings a unique professional point of view as the show’s host.

She understands that a seemingly solid connection can hide something more perilous. “Turns out,” Jenkins cautioned in the preview, “any relationship could be a killer relationship.”
