A former educational assistant from Wisconsin has been charged after authorities allege she engaged in sexual activities with a teenager she initially began flirting with when he was just 12 years old.

The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office has disclosed that Stephanie Jensen is now facing multiple charges, which include serious allegations of inappropriate conduct.

  • Child enticement (2 counts)
  • Sexual assault of a child
  • Sexual intercourse with a child (3 counts)

Reports suggest that Jensen began displaying flirtatious behavior towards the boy while employed as a second-grade aide at Faith Lutheran School in Fond du Lac. During this period, the boy was in eighth grade at the same institution.

Details from a criminal complaint, as reported by WBAY, reveal that the victim informed police of having sexual relations with Jensen shortly before his 16th birthday in September 2024. He specifically recalled this timing because it coincided with him obtaining his driver’s license.

The victim further reported that these encounters were not isolated incidents, alleging multiple sexual interactions and that Jensen sent him explicit images through Snapchat.

“Victim 1 mentioned Stephanie JENSEN was not only sending him nude pictures, but that she was sending his buddies nude content as well,” the complaint read.

“Victim 1 said word travelled throughout his friend group that she was willing to share so people he knew would add her to see what she would share with them.”

On November 4, when detectives questioned Jensen, she denied the allegations, but reportedly admitted to sending him nude photos.

While trying to arrest Jensen, she refused to get up from her couch, claiming, “I am not under arrest.” A detective lifted her up by the arm and handcuffed her.

KFOX reports that the school’s principal, Benjamin Rank, confirmed Monday that the school had terminated her.

A judge handed down a $200,000 cash bond and ordered Jensen to not contact the victim, or any other minors. The court also ordered her to refrain from social media.

She’s expected back in court Tuesday. Check back for updates.
