Jackson-Small has been apprehended and faces multiple charges, including murder, endangering the welfare of a child, and weapon-related offenses. The prosecutor’s office revealed that Smith and Jackson-Small were acquainted before this tragic occurrence, though the nature of their relationship remained initially undisclosed.
