In a tragic turn of events, California law enforcement revealed on Monday the arrest of Rob and Michelle Reiner’s son following the couple’s untimely demise on Sunday.

According to Page Six, Nick Reiner, aged 32, is currently in custody with bail set at $4 million. Just hours before his arrest, Rob and Michelle Reiner were discovered dead from apparent stab wounds at their residence in Los Angeles.

TMZ cited anonymous sources stating that a family member had allegedly slit the couple’s throats within their Los Angeles mansion. The gruesome discovery was made by one of their daughters, who reportedly indicated to the authorities that a certain family member “should be a suspect” due to being perceived as “dangerous.”

While the police have yet to officially comment on the suspected double murder, insiders informed People that Nick Reiner is believed to have killed his parents. Nick has been open about his struggles with addiction and homelessness over the years.

Rob Reiner was 78 years old, while his wife Michelle was 68. The motive behind this shocking incident remains unclear.
