Authorities in Colorado are actively searching for a teenage girl who has been missing since late October.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation reports that 14-year-old Azlyn Lapenna was last spotted on October 30 near the intersection of Newland Street and West 44th Avenue in Wheat Ridge. An endangered persons alert was issued by CBI on Sunday evening.
Azlyn is characterized as being 5 feet, 2 inches in height and weighing approximately 130 pounds. She has hazel eyes and light brown hair.
At the time she was last seen, Azlyn was dressed in dark plaid pajama pants and a black hoodie. Authorities have expressed concerns regarding her mental health, according to KKTV.
