His cause of death has not yet been revealed, TMZ reported.

Pardlo’s devastated family members are planning the late singer’s upcoming memorial service and tribute events.

More details regarding the events will be revealed in the near future.

The musician was lead singer of the R&B and Hip-Hop group from 1999 to 2003.

And he worked alongside Claudette Ortiz and Ryan Toby in the beloved trio.

Their biggest hit came in 2001 with the release of What Would You Do? which was produced Wyclef Jean from Fugees.

The popular song quickly became a motivational anthem for single parents dealing with poverty.

It skyrocketed up the charts and even reached top ten on the Billboard Hot 100 at the time.

And the success of the single led to the group being nominated for Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group at the 44th Annual Grammy Awards.

The group also had follow-up hit, Caramel, with Eve – which reached the top 20 of the Billboard 200.

The group began with Pardlo signing as a solo artist – before his high school pal Toby joined the act.

And they added Ortiz to their roster to break away from similar male duo acts.

The trio released their only full-length self-titled album in May 2001.

It peaked at number 34 on the Billboard 200 at the time and was well-received by critics and fans alike.

Despite early success the group disbanded shortly after in 2003.

After his work with City High, Pardlo found success joining R&B quartet First Take.

The group collaborated with stars such as Whitney Houston and Lil Kim.

The late singer is survived by his wife, Anika Pardlo and their two children, Lyric and Chord-Andrew Pardlo.
