50 Cent is willing to contact Donald Trump in order to stop him from issuing a pardon to Sean “Diddy” Combs. Amid reports that Combs’ team will try to seek a pardon, Trump said he would look at the facts of the case. 50 Cent said he wanted to ensure Trump knew that Combs had spoken poorly about him in the past.

During a recent press conference, Trump said he has not discussed the possibility of pardoning Combs. Still, he said it was not out of the question.

“I would certainly look at the facts,” he said, per Rolling Stone. “If I think somebody is mistreated, whether they like me or don’t like me, it wouldn’t have any impact on me.”

50 Cent hopes to put an end to any possibility of a pardon. He has long disliked Combs and has been one of his most outspoken detractors.

“[Combs] said some really bad things about Trump, it’s not ok,” he wrote on Instagram. “I’m gonna reach out so he knows how I feel about this guy.”

50 Cent believes Trump is unlikely to pardon someone who dislikes him.

“Donald doesn’t take well to disrespect, and doesn’t forget who chooses to go against him,” he said. “While working tirelessly to make America great again there is no room for distraction. He would consider pardoning anyone who was being mistreated not Puffy Daddy.”

50 Cent has said he doesn’t specifically want to destroy any chance of a pardon, he just wants to make sure Trump is “aware” of Combs’ opinion of him.

While speaking about the possibility of pardoning Combs, Trump addressed the deterioration of their once-friendly relationship.

“I haven’t seen him, I haven’t spoken to him in years,” he said. “He used to really like me a lot, but I think when I ran for politics that relationship busted up. From what I read. I don’t know, he didn’t tell me that. But I read some little bit nasty statements in the paper all of a sudden.”

Still, Combs has spoken positively about Trump in the past.

“Donald Trump is a friend of mine, and he works very hard,” he told The Washington Post in 2015.

50 Cent has long disliked Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

50 Cent has disliked Combs for years. In the early 2000s, Combs asked 50 Cent to go shopping with him, inadvertently ending their friendly relationship.

“He asked to take me shopping,” he told The Hollywood Reporter. “I thought that was the weirdest s*** in the world because that might be something that a man says to a woman. And I’m just like, ‘Naw, I’m not f***ing with this weird energy or weird s***,’ coming off the way he was just moving. From that, I wasn’t comfortable around him.”

He added that he never attended Combs’ notorious parties.
