On Monday, the 90 Day Fiancé alum took to Instagram to share a teaser for the upcoming episode of the 90 Day spinoff series. In the clip, an emotional Liz sits down with a doctor to discuss her treatment for ovarian cancer.

Liz’s health problems began some time ago, she explains in the video.
“A couple of months ago I got diagnosed with stage 1 ovarian cancer,” she says.
The news was understandably a major blow to the 33-year-old.
“Finding out I had cancer took a really big emotional toll on me,” Liz says. “I would like, at least, some good news from the doctor of not feeling as sick throughout this journey.”
“This is the hardest part of my life that I have ever had to share. Stay tuned for 90 day diaries,” she captioned the post. The mom of one also thanked several of her friends for supporting her through her treatment, including fellow 90 Day stars Kim Menzies and Tyray Mollett, whom she described as her “wow factors.”
“Thank you for being there for me this whole last year,” she wrote. “You have known pretty much from day 1. Love you both!”
‘90 Day’ alum has said she’s focused on her health amid cancer battle
Liz had previously opened up about the toll treatment was taking on her in an social media update earlier this year.
“I can confirm the rumors of cancer … it’s been a long exhausting year. I’m extremely tired all the time, but I’ve never been more focused on my health,” she said in a May 2025 post on her Instagram Story following an appearance on 90 Day Diaries (via In Touch). “I’m so focused on my daughter and what’s best for us. I know there are many more questions but I’ve been dealing with my own battle privately.”
Ovarian cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer deaths among women, according to the American Cancer Society. About 20,000 people are diagnosed with the disease every year, and the lifetime risk of developing ovarian cancer is about 1 in 91. Symptoms of ovarian cancer overlap with many other more common conditions and can include abdominal bloating or swelling, quickly feeling full when eating, weight loss, pelvic area discomfort, fatigue, back pain, changes in bowel habits, and frequent need to urinate, according to the Mayo Clinic.
While ovarian cancer is not uncommon, rates have been falling in recent years. Better treatments have also reduced the risk of dying from the disease. If ovarian cancer is diagnosed early, 94% of patients live longer than five years.
90 Day Diaries airs Fridays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on TLC. Episodes also stream on HBO Max.
