The 43-year-old model was joined by new boyfriend Buck Palmer — with whom she’s ‘finally found true love’ — in a carousel post, which she simply captioned, ‘2025.’

Ambrosio and Palmer coordinated in brown, white, and tan outfits as they rang in January 1 at Fasano Las Piedras – Punta Del Este resort in Brazil.

Her sexy netted dress, from Brazil-based label Andrea Almeida, boasted a pattern of skin-baring square panels and an asymmetric hemline.

The fashionista slipped her feet into a pair of backless, minimal, gold wedges with two straps.

For his part, Buck looked effortlessly stylish in a white shirt, loose-fitting white trousers, and a khaki-colored shirt jacket.

Photos shared in a carousel post showed the new couple partying the night away

In one image, the pair posed for a selfie as they each held up their respective drinks. 

One day earlier Alessandra shared a roundup of recent photos with loved ones and added a heartfelt caption.

Interacting with her 12.2 million followers, she wrote, ‘So grateful for all my Loved ones this year!! Ending on such a high note gathering all my closest friends and family at home…’

She added, ‘Looking forward to a beautiful year ahead and sending you all Good vibes for this new year!’

The new posts come amid her budding new romance with the Los Angeles-based jewelry designer.

And according to insiders, the beauty believes she has found the right partner in the Australian stud.

Ahead of the holiday, a source told DailyMail.com ‘Alessandra knows who her New Year’s Eve kiss is going to be, and she hopes to have the same man to kiss for every New Year’s Eve for her entire life.’

‘She has been through the ringer in relationships but really truly believes in love and feels like she finally found it,’ the person noted.

The runway vet has already introduced Palmer to her daughter Anja, 16, and son Noah, 12.
