Fashion favourite Alexa Chung brought her signature style to Christian Siriano’s private dinner and after-party at Koi in Soho on Saturday night.
The celebration followed Siriano’s runway presentation at Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week, where he unveiled his Fall/Winter 2014 collection.
Chung, 30, had travelled from Los Angeles to New York especially for NYFW. Earlier in the week, she tweeted: ‘Annoying instagrams of LA fun end now. Annoying instagrams of NYFW will commence shortly….’

Having previously modelled for the designer, Chung made a striking appearance in a fluffy lemon jumper paired with a matching lemon and metallic A-line skirt.
She left her slim legs bare and completed the outfit with low-heeled white Mary Jane shoes.
Staying true to her trademark style, Alexa wore her tousled hair loose at first. Later in the evening, she swept it into a ponytail to keep it away from her face.

Alexa wore a simple grey overcoat on her way to the venue, protecting herself from New York’s freezing temperatures. However, she made it clear that cold weather is not her favourite.
After the party, she removed the coat and posed beside a snow-covered tree, captioning the image: ‘The good thing about winter is NOTHING.’
She also carried her much-loved kitten-print Longchamp tote, a bag that was already a few seasons old.

The TV personality also spent the evening with DJ Leigh Lezark, American model Harley Viera-Newton and Game Of Thrones stars Maisie Williams and Rose Leslie.
Over the weekend, Alexa took on the role of Social Media Editor for fashion brand MyTheresa, managing content for its Instagram, Twitter and Facebook accounts.
As part of the assignment, the author and style icon planned to share photos from her favourite shows, go backstage for designer gossip and post updates from after-show parties.

Siriano launched his eponymous fashion collection back in 2008 and showcases his designs every year at New York Fashion week.
He is well-known for his whimsical and show-stopping designs – from fantasy evening gowns and cocktail dresses, to tailored sportswear.
His designs have been worn by leading ladies, Sarah Jessica Parker, Emily Blunt, Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga.
