Amara La Negra turned heads at Estylo Magazine’s cover celebration in Miami on August 27, 2025.

The Love & Hip Hop: Miami star, who graces the latest issue, made a glamorous entrance in a red sequined gown.

She was joined by her 3-year-old twin daughters, Sumajestad Royalty and Sualteza Empress, who looked like little stars themselves in matching gold tulle dresses topped with oversized bow headpieces.

The event brought together influencers, creatives and community leaders for an evening of fashion, music and inspiration. Amara was recognized not only for her artistry but also as an “AfroLatina Diva”.

The singer and reality star has been open about balancing motherhood with her career.  In a 2022 interview with Parents magazine, she shared her experience raising her twins as a single mother.

“This is going to be the first time I am going to be completely honest. I think there was a part of me that was a little bit embarrassed to say that I am a single mother, not necessarily by choice. People can be very judgmental once you are in the public eye, and I just wasn’t ready to speak that truth. I won’t necessarily say that I am at this moment, either, but I will say that it wasn’t something that I wanted, you know?”

She continued, “My dream [growing up] as an only child was always to have a big family, to get married, and have a beautiful home and picnics on Sundays…and it didn’t turn out that way. I thought that I had chosen the right partner to make that happen but it wasn’t like that. So, I don’t have another option. But that’s OK. I’m a mother, my children are within me and I have to take that responsibility, and be that mother figure/father figure for my girls.”
