Andy Cohen recently opened up about undergoing cosmetic enhancements following whispers about his appearance during a New Year’s Eve broadcast. The lively 58-year-old television personality sparked curiosity after co-hosting CNN’s New Year’s Eve special alongside Anderson Cooper, leading to speculations of a possible makeover.

While Cohen has already acknowledged receiving Botox, he further revealed on Monday that he had also opted for a new set of teeth.

Thrilled by the buzz surrounding his rejuvenated look, the “Watch What Happens Live” host addressed these rumors on his SiriusXM show, “Andy Cohen Live.” During the discussion, Cohen disclosed that he had received “four minor veneers” to enhance his smile.

“Just so you know, I had the tiniest bit of Botox,” Cohen candidly shared. “And I got four minor veneers in the front. They’re quite minor, really.”

‘By the way, I got the teeniest bit of Botox,’ he said. ‘I got four minor veneers in front. I mean, they’re pretty minor.’

His makeup, on the other hand, was not as well-received.

‘Anderson’s makeup gal comes in and she’s like, “Are you okay?” I’m like… “You know, warm me up a little bit. Give me some more tanner.” Well, I mean, there were a lot of comments… “Wow. This is a beaten-down lady,’ he said.

‘I think this is because you were standing next to Anderson who could have used some bronzer,’ his co-host John Hill said.

‘I think I was so made up,’ Cohen said.

Hill, however, praised his makeup and overall appearance, delighting Cohen – yet they both agreed his co-host could have been more tan.

‘I thought that Anderson should have been bronzed,’ his co-host John said.

‘He is so pale. I mean, my God,’ Andy said of Anderson.

Overall, Cohen was ‘flattered’ to learn about the buzz surrounding his appearance following his hosting gig.

‘I love the speculation that I have dramatically changed my face!’ he said enthusiastically, before adding he had not actually done anything major.

It’s not the first time Cohen has addressed the New Year’s Eve plastic surgery buzz.

The talk show host previously admitted to doing ‘the smallest amount of Botox’ and undergoing a 20 pound weight loss when asked about his December 31st appearance. 

Cohen added that he also ‘had a lot of makeup on.’ 

In general, the star underwent a bit of dramatic transformation in 2025, dropping 25 pounds with the help of a weight loss medication.

‘I did this summer lose a good chunk of weight by micro-dosing a GLP-1 all summer,’ he revealed on Andy Cohen Live! in September. 

For the media mogul, the medication helped him cut down on snacking. ‘I have to say, it really helped me with cravings, which I was having a very hard time with,’ he explained.

The Watch What Happens Live host has undergone a bit of transformation this past year, dropping 25 pounds with the help of a weight loss medication 

‘I would have a drink, then there’s all these cookies. There’s craft services,’ he said of the food provided for workers on the set Watch What Happens Live. ‘It’s pasta night. It’s pizza night… my cravings for all that stuff dissipated.’

Following the New Year’s Eve broadcast, Cohen took to social media to share photos and highlights from the event.

He wrote in the caption, ‘What a wild ride! Thanks to my pal @andersoncooper for having me back, and for having my back always.’

The star continued, ‘We had a ball and yes I’d venture to say we were a tad overserved (by me)….’
