While many of the Generation 1 characters in the original Transformers series went on to become fan-favorites, some of them were fairly overlooked. Thankfully, one underrated Autobot is getting a new rendition through a third-party toy company, and it comes in several colors.
The H64 Lincoln is a new transforming action figure for Trailbreaker by Newage Toys, and the main version recreates his classic design. However, different available repaints will also homage other Transformers from the franchise’s history. While release details are still scarce, fans will definitely want to get their hands on at least one version of this overlooked G1 Autobot.

Trailbreaker Rolls Out in New Third-Party Transformers Toys
H64 Lincoln is the main Trailbreaker toy from Newage Toys, with the figure based specifically on his appearance in the classic animated series The Transformers. To this end, he transforms into an unlicensed Toyota 4WD Hi-Lux and comes with two face options in robot mode, three hands, missile launchers, an arm cannon, a claw hand and different energy effects for his weapons. He also has the torso needed to create Newage Toys’ version of the character Autobot X. The second deco for the toy is H64B Sid, which is based on the color scheme of Shattered Glass Trailbreaker and has a different head design.
H64 EX Lincoln is based on Trailbreaker’s original toy, complete with another head and a chrome arm cannon. H64J Igo8 has a new color scheme and retooled head based on Shattered Glass Lockdown (a character who originally debuted in Transformers Animated), while H64W Marvin is based on the character Autotrooper. In the case of the latter, he comes with a retooled head, four hand options, new missile launchers, an arm cannon and a new gun. The toys are all meant to be in scale with Legends Class figures, although they’re larger than these toys in order to be accurate with Trailbreaker’s size in the cartoon. Recently revealed on the Newage Toys Facebook account, it’s unknown when these figures will be released or how much they’ll cost. However, they can already be preordered on various websites, so fans should soon be able to pick between numerous versions of a Transformers franchise character who largely doesn’t get his due.
