There are only a few episodes left of Dragon Ball Daima. Now that Goku and his friends are finally in the First World of the Demon Realm, King Gomah has launched a full-scale assault on the mini-warriors.

Episode 15 of Dragon Ball Daima was non-stop action from beginning to end. King Gomah’s worst fears have come true; Goku conquered the Tamagami and is now marching toward the final Demon Realm Dragon Ball with his friends, new and old. However, unbeknownst to both of them, the one-star Demon Realm Dragon Ball is in the possession of Dr. Arinsu. Regardless, Gomah is doing everything he can to stop Goku from advancing to his kingdom.

Dragon Ball Daima Episode 15 confirms a popular fan theory about who owned the all-powerful Evil Third Eye and where the elusive item is hiding now.

Dragon Ball Daima Finally Gives Degesu the Spotlight With His Own Episode

While Dragon Ball Daima Episode 15 is filled with excellent action sequences, it still found the time to deliver jaw-dropping revelations regarding the world and its characters. The episode’s biggest bomb drop — figuratively, of course — confirmed that Hybis had been carrying the Evil Third Eye with him as a peculiar belt buckle. Even more jaw-dropping was the confirmation that Dabura was responsible for his father’s downfall, the former Supreme Demon King Abura. Without the Evil Third Eye to magnify his powers, Abura fell to the might of his son. Unfortunately for Dabura, the henchman he ordered to steal the Evil Third Eye from his father met an unfortunate fate while on the run. It’s why Dabura couldn’t use the wicked item for himself. If he had the item, he most likely wouldn’t have fallen to a pitiful fate at the hands of Majin Buu.

In addition to the Evil Third Eye lore, Daima Episode 15 hints that Degesu may betray his king. While Degesu appeared intimidating in Episode 1, the series has arguably forgotten the character since. Even more disappointing are the scenes that showed Degesu cowering towards the childish tantrums of King Gomah as Goku made progress on his journey to the Demon Realm Dragon Balls. What seemed like a disappointing withdrawal of coolness and intimidation from Degesu now seems like a buildup of the younger brother of the Supreme Kai betraying his higher-up. After all, thanks to a clever scheme by Degesu, he now has the Evil Third Eye in his grasp. Whether he’ll give it to King Gomah is another matter.

The preview for Dragon Ball Daima Episode 16 shows the spiritual successor of the Ginyu Force being launched against Goku and his friends. It also shows Degesu with a sinister smile as he holds baby Dende, possibly using him as a hostage. With only a handful of episodes left, there’s no more holding back for Dragon Ball Daima.
