The latest installment, Update 65, has been launched in Brawl Stars, following a brief maintenance window. This update introduces a plethora of new features, including reworked Brawlers, modifications to the Brawl Pass, and a host of other enhancements. Among the most intriguing additions is the introduction of Buffies. Originally, these were collectible keychains available in the gift shops of Starr Park. However, their availability ceased without explanation.

Recently, a discovery by R-T has uncovered a vast hidden cache of these once-elusive items in a subterranean storage facility. Consequently, Buffies have made a comeback and are now available once more throughout Starr Park.

Who are the characters that received Buffies in Brawl Stars?

Here are all the characters who received Buffies and how it has affected them:

Colt

  • Gadget 1 – Speedloader: Each hit now steals an ammo.
  • Gadget 2 – Silver Bullet: Fires a larger bullet that deals more damage.
  • Star Power – Slick Boots: Gains movement speed when dealing damage.
  • Star Power – Magnum Special: Deals increased damage to distant targets.
  • Hypercharge – Dual Wielding: Quickly fires bullets during Hypercharge.

Shelly

  • Gadget 1 – Fast Forward: Receives no damage while dashing.
  • Gadget 2 – Shell Shock: Hits slow enemies and increases damage with each hit.
  • Star Power – Clay Pigeons: Shelly leaves a burning area with her Super, using patented Draco Dragonbreath shells.
  • Star power – Band-Aid: For a short time, gains movement speed.
  • Hypercharge – Double Barrel: Main attack projectile speed receives a great speed.

Spike

  • Gadget 1 – Popping Pincushion: Enemies hit by two needles become rooted.
  • Gadget 2 – Life Plant: Deals area damage when destroyed, pushing enemies back.
  • Star Power – Fertilize: Boosts the speed of Super projectiles.
  • Star Power – Curveball: Curving spikes have extended range.
  • Hypercharge – Blooming Season: The needle grenades detonate twice.

Mortis

  • Gadget 1 – Combo Spinner: Inflicts extra damage on low health enemies.
  • Gadget 2 – Creature of the Night: Steals the health of enemies the Brawler passes through.
  • Star Power – Creepy Harvest: Receives extra max health until defeated.
  • Star Power – Coiled Snake: During long dash, receives damage reduction.
  • Hypercharge – Blood Boomerang: The main attack of Mortis is followed by a phantom attack that hits the same area after a delay.

Frank

  • Gadget 1 – Active Noise Canceling: Soundwave now also destroys enemy projectiles.
  • Gadget 2 – Irresistible Attraction: Attacked enemies are slowed down for a short time.
  • Star Power – Power Grab: Defeating a Brawler boosts attack damage output and briefly recovers some health.
  • Star Power – Sponge: When above 50% health, receives less damage.
  • Hypercharge – Seismic Smash: While Frank is hypercharged, the main attack speed is boosted to max.

EMZ

  • Gadget 1 – Friendzoner: If knocked into a wall, pushes enemies back and stuns them for a short time.
  • Gadget 2 – Acid Spray: Slows down enemies on hit.
  • Star Power – Bad Karma: Enemies inflicted with the main attack deal lesser damage for a short time.
  • Star Power – Hype: When activating her Super, EMZ takes no damage for a second.
  • Hypercharge – Overhyped Haze: Sprays now poison enemies.
