One Piece is one of the most amazing shonen anime of all time. Through its intricate world-building, it features some of the most interesting and beautiful locations in all anime. From the East Blue to the Grand Line, the Straw Hats have visited some truly incredible places. The floating restaurant Baratie is not only Sanji’s second childhood home, but also provides one of the best scenic views in the entire series. The combination of incredible food and out-of-this-world sights makes the restaurant easily one of the best in anime. Nevertheless, there are plenty of other One Piece locations worthy of a visit.
Wano would easily be first on the list for many One Piece fans who are fans of historical sites. Although the anime has no real-world significance, it borrows understandable inspiration from a very real period. That said, not everything about Wano is as picturesque as it appears on the outside. Many people in Wano are either unknowingly or unwillingly persecuted. That said, the island is easily a much better place to visit after the Straw Hats’ necessary intervention. When not under Kaido’s control, the place is undoubtedly quite pleasant. Overall, several incredible locations in the One Piece world would be perfect for a visit.

Eating at the Baratie Would Provide a Perfect Meal With Unforgettable Scenery
When it comes to fine dining in the world of One Piece, there is truly no better place than the Baratie. Sanji’s old stomping ground has been made famous for its incredible cuisine and unforgettable scenery. Moreover, one of the biggest benefits of the Baratie is that it can go anywhere there is an ocean. That said, the restaurant primarily remains in the East Blue, somewhat near Reverse Mountain.
There are no other places like it in the One Piece world. While not a specific island, the Baratie is a must-visit location. The Straw Hats stumble upon it by complete accident, but even they can recognize the beauty of such a place. There are plenty of fantastic food options in the One Piece world, but none of them offer the same scenery as the Baratie. Sanji’s favorite floating restaurant is truly one of a kind.

Fishman Island Could Be an Unforgettable Undersea Journey
With the proper precautions, any air-breathing person can take a visit to one of the most interesting locations in One Piece. Deep under the sea, in what many consider the midpoint of the Grand Line, resides an island of aquatic-based humanoids. Fishman Island is not only breathtaking, but it is an undeniably important step in many pirates’ journeys. Yet, since it is almost impossible to reach, its picturesque scenery is often lost on those who take the time to get there.
For the longest period, the island was under the control of the Yonko, Big Mom. She used the location as one of her main candy production sites. Luffy would quickly take over the island after defeating Hody Jones, having his first official skirmish with the Yonko. That said, there is a consistent precedent that Luffy might end up destroying the island before the end of the series. Hopefully, that just means that Luffy will liberate the Fishmen, but not all the Straw Hats’ future interpretations are positive.

Alabasta Wouldn’t Be So Bad With the Proper Heat Protection
The desert country of Alabasta is absolutely beautiful in its own way. Its vast dunes of sand and picturesque sunsets offer a different kind of splendor than seen throughout the rest of the series. Although there are vast and varied settlements within Alabasta, it thrives on its scenic wastelands. Moreover, the sheer vastness of the island helps contribute to its sense of wonder. Every oasis is like a diamond in a rugged, but artistic frame.
Alabasta is the site of the Straw Hats’ first real foray into the Grand Line. They make several pit stops on distinctly smaller islands, but Alabasta is their first real taste of life on the Grand Line. The Straw Hats manage ot see the entire country while attempting to get Vivi back to the palace, demonstrating just how varied and beautiful the desert island truly is. Nevertheless, without the Straw Hats, it’s more than likely that Crocodile would have corrupted the country past the point of no return.

Many History Fans Would Love to See Wano Country
Wano is one of the most gorgeous locations in recent One Piece. It heavily benefits from the improved animation of the modern series to provide an unforgettable location. Moreover, the Straw Hats spend longer in Wano than they do on any other island, providing ample opportunity to get the audience familiar with all its beautiful sites. Not every part of the country is equally beautiful, but every location has a unique charm to it. That said, the peak of the island is, without a doubt, the Flower Capital, where a giant cherry tree blooms over the island.
Interestingly, Wano is another location that the Straw Hats are responsible for saving from a menacing pirate force. Kaido rules Wano from before Oden’s death until Luffy arrives to oppose him. He nearly kills the Straw Hat in the process, but Luffy awakens his Devil Fruit at the most opportune moment possible. There couldn’t have been a better island backdrop for Luffy to acquire his new form. The first view of Gear 5 superimposed onto the elegant moon is unforgettable.

Whole Cake Island Could Be Surprisingly Wholesome Under the Right Circumstances
Whole Cake Island is beautiful, in its own twisted way. Big Mom completely transformed the once scenic island into a paradise made solely for her. It completely fits her aesthetic in every definition of the world. That said, it is also quite fascinating to look at. Since there are no real-world locations to compare it to, the island immediately stands out as a marvelous wonderland. If on good terms with Big Mom, the place honestly wouldn’t be so bad to visit.
While selfish, Big Mom is still a competent pirate. She only betrays her allies in instances where it would benefit her more. Her remaining allies are more than taken care of and are treated to lavish tea parties with decadent meals. Nevertheless, anytime on Whole Cake Island runs the risk of getting on Big Mom’s bad side. Big Mom also hasn’t been seen since her apparent defeat during the Raid on Onigashima, so there is no telling how the island might have deteriorated in her absence.

Skypiea Would Be an Utterly Astounding Visit
There are many beautiful and interesting things about Skypiea, but the best is by far its location. Skypiea is known as a Sky Island and resides far above the clouds in a sea all of its own. It features many of the iconic and staple features of Sky Islands, but also a piece of the land which was brought to the sky long before the start of the story. Aside from being absolutely dazzling, the island is also responsible for some of the anime’s greatest world-building.
Rewatching Skypiea after some of the series’ recent revelations is an unforgettable experience. While the original anime presents itself as a god attempting to vanquish a group of non-believers, it is actually much deeper. Since Luffy ate the mythical sun god Devil Fruit, he is more of a deity than Enel ever pretended to be. That said, he is one of the characters many fans feel will make a reappearance in the series.

Water 7 Is One of the Most Intricate Cities Within One Piece
The unforgettable scenery and beautiful waterways of Water 7 almost make up for its cataclysmic downside. While beautiful, the city floods once a year. Interestingly, the flooding has noticeably risen every year. This one seemingly insignificant revelation happens far beyond its official reveal, many real years later. It’s crazy to think that one of the biggest Egghead reveals was foreshadowed back in Water 7.
Given the importance the ocean has to the world of One Piece, an island celebrating that quality should be unforgettable. That said, the island takes its Venetian inspiration and takes it to the next level. It is truly one of the most picturesque locations in One Piece, save for the huge disaster that occurs once a year. Thankfully, there are several precautions in place after years of occurrences.

The Sabaody Archipelago has Something For Everyone To Enjoy
The Sabaody Archipelago is a pit stop for many pirates on the way to the New World. It features some of the most interesting flora in the series with giant trees that seem to stretch for miles. That said, since the pirates are forced to make their stop on the way to the New World, the marines regularly conduct checks along the island.
The Straw Hats nearly had their journey end among the interesting giant trees. Admiral Kizaru attempted to arrest the Straw Hats, only to be stopped by Silvers’ Rayleigh. That said, Bartholomew Kuma arrives and sends each of the Straw Hats to a different far-off island. This is ultimately the island’s way of testing to see if the Straw Hats were ready. Thankfully, they passed with flying colors the next time around.

Egghead Has Enough Futuristic Innovations To Keep Anyone Entertained
The majority of One Piece locations are beautiful because of their distinct flora-filled landscapes. The exact opposite can be said for Egghead. It easily marvels the mind with its amazing technological marvels to be found around every corner. With Vegapunk’s permission, someone could easily spend days exploring everything the island has to offer.
Given that chaos quickly breaks out when the Straw Hats arrive, the true nature of Egghead is never fully explored. Sadly, this will probably remain the case forever, with the Buster Call being activated in One Piece Episode 1138. It says a lot about the World Government that they so quickly wipe out any trace of the Void Century. Hopefully, more clues about that forgotten period will be given soon.

Dressrosa Is One of the Most Beautiful Islands in One Piece
There is something truly unique about the island of Dressrosa. After being freed from Doflamingo’s terrible regime, the beautiful landscape of the island is reflected by the people in charge. King Doldo has returned to the crown of his absolutely gorgeous island. After all, why would Doflamingo choose to reside there after being rejected by Marie Jois if it wasn’t marvelous to look at?
Doflamingo is one of the most vain characters in One Piece, so there’s no way he would choose to rule a lackluster country. If he hadn’t had a direct presence on the island, the Straw Hats would have had an unforgettable positive experience there. That said, the beautiful views more than make up for its harsh history.
