Rhea Ripley, a prominent figure in WWE and a key player in the women’s division, has been noticeably missing from Monday Night RAW for the past two weeks. Her last appearance was on the October 13 episode, leaving fans curious about the whereabouts of “Mami.”
The reason for Ripley’s absence is a genuine nose injury she sustained during WWE’s tour in Japan. This injury occurred during a Fatal Four-Way Match against IYO SKY, Raquel Rodriguez, and Stephanie Vaquer at the SuperShow in Tokyo’s Sumo Hall. Following the incident, WWE’s medical team escorted Ripley from the ring to provide necessary care.
Reports have confirmed that Ripley suffered a broken nose or a serious nasal fracture, necessitating immediate medical intervention. This injury was not part of any storyline but a real mishap during a non-televised house show. Consequently, Ripley had to cancel her appearance at a meet-and-greet event in Irvine, California, scheduled for October 26.
The former Women’s World Champion shared a graphic photo of her nose injury on social media, explaining her absence from recent RAW episodes. Currently, Ripley is focused on recovering from this unfortunate setback under medical supervision.
The former Women’s World Champion also posted a gruesome image of her nose injury on her social media handle. Hence, this is the reason why she has been absent from the recent editions of RAW. Ripley currently appears to be under medical attention, recovering from the unfortunate injury.

When can Rhea Ripley return to WWE?
Rhea Ripley was in the midst of an intriguing storyline on Monday Night RAW ahead of her injury. However, the unfortunate event that occurred during her WWE tour to Japan led to her being sidelined from action. Since then, the most obvious question in fans’ minds is when Mami could return to WWE.
Currently, Ripley is focusing on healing and has been sharing positive social media updates, including workout progress and physique photos. While WWE has not issued an official update on her return timeline, recent reports indicate a short recovery period for this type of nasal fracture.
Fans can expect The Eradicator to return to RAW just in time for Survivor Series. She is expected to be part of the Women’s WarGames match this year at the annual spectacle. Therefore, Rhea Ripley is likely to return by the second week of November to participate in the buildup of the WarGames match.
Broken noses typically heal in 2-6 weeks with rest, and Ripley’s access to top-tier medical care supports the shorter end of that spectrum. Although nothing can be said with conviction for now, it remains to be seen when Mami returns to RAW.
