Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly finally touched down at Heathrow Airport after a 24-hour flight back from Australia on Wednesday morning.

The comedic duo appeared in fairly high spirits as they walked through arrivals after a very busy few weeks hosting I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.

Ant, 47, kept it casual in a laidback ensemble while Dec, 47, was seen pushing his baby boy Jack Anthony Alphonsus, four months, in a pram through the airport.

They were also joined by Charlene White, who was the first star to be eliminated from the Australian jungle on this year’s instalment of the ITV reality series.

Strolling through arrivals, Ant cut a sporty figure in black jogging bottoms and a dark jumper, which he styled with slip-on plimsolls.

He tucked his brunette locks beneath a black baseball cap and kept his belongings in a backpack slung across both shoulders.

Ant appeared in jovial spirits as he flashed a huge grin as he prepared to head home after weeks away hosting I’m A Celebrity in New South Wales.

Meanwhile, his co-host Dec also kept it casual in black trousers and a white T-shirt as he was seen heading through the airport.

He completed his look with a navy blue hoodie and a black padded gilet, while he kept comfortable in white Nike trainers.

The presenter shielded his face with an olive green LA baseball cap as he pushed his son Jack – who he shares with his wife Ali Astall – in a pram.

Dec – who also shares a daughter Isla, four, with Ali – announced the birth of his son back in July.

At the time, he revealed his son’s name was in part a tribute to Dec’s long-term presenting partner Ant and his Northern Irish father, Alphonsus Donnelly, who passed away in 2011 after battling cancer.

Elsewhere on Wednesday, I’m A Celebrity star Charlene White was also seen touching down in the UK after the long 24-hour flight from Australia.

The broadcaster, 42, cut a stylish figure in black trousers and a vibrant yellow knitted jumper as she flashed a grin while strolling through the airport.

She completed her look with a pair of grey trainers and accessorised with a pair of hoop earrings, while she wore her braided locks in an up-do.

The campmates have begun travelling back to the UK after the series finale on Sunday, which saw Jill Scott crowned as Queen of the Jungle.

The former Lioness, 35, roared to victory on Sunday as she beat Owen Warner and Matt Hancock to the crown after securing the majority of the 12million public votes.

Following her coronation, after 12million viewers voted, an emotional Jill, who broke down in tears, said: ‘I can’t believe it. I just can’t believe it. I think I’m going to owe my grandma a lot of money for the 12 million votes! I don’t think there should be one winner, we’re all winners.’ 

The final show of the series attracted a huge peak audience of 11.5 million viewers – a 59 per cent share of viewing – the highest of the year for an entertainment programme on any channel.

It averaged 10.1 million, a 53 per cent share, across the show – making it the highest rating final since 2018, and up by 3.6 million viewers on the audience to last year’s final.

After the final, this year’s campmates all gathered together to celebrate with a group get-together after they wrapped up the series. 

One snap showed royal wife of campmate Mike, Zara Tindall, with his co-stars at La Luna Marina Mirage along with Charlene White’s sister Carina and contestant Babatúndé Aléshé.

In footage shared to Instagram by comedian Babatunde, 34, rugby player Mike, 44, encouraged his co-stars to stay in touch when they all return to the UK.

Mike – who showcased his post-jungle glow up in a vibrant Hawaiian style T-shirt – began: ‘I would like to say that it’s been an absolute privilege and honour to meet you all and to spend that valuable time together.

‘For 26 people to come together and get on for the amount of time we’ve got on, it’s very, very, rare and very, very special and we should all appreciate that.

‘We say great things to each other but when we get back to the UK, let’s not f**k off, it’s easy to do. 

‘Let’s not do it cos I think we’ve created a very special thing here and it’s worth keeping it going.’
