Conner Leavitt says he has not heard anything confirming the speculation.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives cast member responded to reports suggesting that fellow Hulu stars Mayci Neeley and Layla Taylor could depart the reality series following season six.
“That’s news to me, if that’s true,” Leavitt exclusively told E! News’ Will Marfuggi after being eliminated from Dancing With the Stars on Sept. 15. “I don’t know if that’s actually true. Whatever people decide, it’s up to them.”
One departure has already been confirmed: his costar Mikayla Matthews announced on Sept. 14 that she was leaving the show.
“I can’t imagine that was an easy decision for Mikayla,” Leavitt told E!. “She’s been a part of MomTok and Secret Lives since the beginning. So, for her to make that decision, it means to me that it must be really important to her, and I’m really proud of her for standing up for whatever she believes in.”
The 32-year-old, who is married to Whitney Leavitt, added, “But at the end of the day, I’m going to miss her. I’m going to miss Mikayla. I’m sure the audience is going to miss Mikayla. But I just wish nothing but the best for her and her family.”
