Ariana DeBose was the picture of sophistication at the Human Rights Campaign 2023 Greater New York Dinner on Saturday night.
The West Side Story star, 32, walked the carpet at the event in a classy suit and sporting a new hairstyle before being honored with the HRC Visibility Award.
For the event, the beauty wore a dark navy suit jacket with a black lapel and several buttons down the front, which were fastened closed.
She paired the jacket with black suit pants and black and tan pointed-toe heels.
The Broadway star had her hair styled straight and cut into a bob just above her shoulders.

Ariana wore her bangs cut straight across her forehead and went for a pink smokey eye look for makeup.
The Academy Award-winner is being honored at the event with the Visibility Award, which recognizes LGBTQ+ individuals who are living open and honest lives at home, at work, and in their greater community.
According to the HRC website, ‘These attributes align with HRC’s mission of creating a country that inspires and engages all Americans to work toward ending discrimination against LGBTQ+ citizens and realizing a nation that achieves fundamental fairness and equality for all.’
The previous recipient of the award was six-time Grammy winner Brandi Carlile.
Ariana opened up about her sexual identity with British Vogue in 2022 when she shared that she ‘didn’t realize’ she was coming out.
‘My coming out story… I didn’t realize I was coming out. I was just living my life. I was in New York City, I was dating a woman.
‘And I realized my grandparents didn’t know that I like all different types of humans.’
She continued: ‘At that point I hadn’t really chosen a word to describe myself, but I decided on queer then, because I just thought it would allow me to continue to grow.’

The soccer stars and power couple were dressed to the nines for the event, both donning oversized suits.
Ali, 38, wore a grey pinstripe suit jacket with matching pants and purple heels.
Her raven hair was pulled up in an elaborate bun, and she left two large strands out in the front to frame her face.

Ashlyn, 37, donned a black suit jacket over a neon yellow turtleneck and bright red pants.
She had on a pair of black boots and black leather gloves on her hands.
Her blonde hair was done in a perm, and she had on bright red lipstick and thick eyeliner.
The couple cuddled up together for photos and even shared a quick kiss for the cameras.

They met over a decade ago while playing for the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team in 2010, where Ashlyn was a goalkeeper, and Ali was a defender.
After their long courtship, the pair tied the knot in 2019 and adopted their first child, a daughter named Sloane, in February 2021.
The two-time World Cup champions then adopted their son Ocean in August 2022.
