Billie Eilish is finally in Sydney and no one is more excited than her fans, who have been lining up days in advance to get a good spot at her Aussie shows.

The US singer, 23, is bringing her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour to Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena, performing four shows this week before heading to Melbourne.

However, fans have gone to extreme lengths to ensure a good view at Monday night’s show, with some camping outside the arena since Thursday to bag a good seat.

One mega-fan told Today’s Taylor Haynes she had been lining up outside the venue for four days in order to score front row seats.

The excited concertgoer, who is now at the front of the queue, told Haynes: ‘I’m so excited and nervous and stressed.’

In order to make time tick by faster, she told Haynes she and the other 600 fans in the queue have been playing games and chatting while waiting for the big night.

Another Billie Eilish die-hard, who is attending eight of the Bad Guy hitmaker’s shows, told Haynes: ‘Feeling good, we’re so excited for Billie!’

The Los Angeles-born singer will be performing 12 sold-out Australian shows across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne as part of her Hit Me Hard and Soft world tour.

Her first concert was last Tuesday at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre and her last will be on March 8 at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena.

It is the first time Billie has performed in Australia since 2022.

In April, the Grammy and Oscar-winning artist unveiled her impressive 81-date tour on Instagram for her new album, Hit Me Hard and Soft.

The tour saw Billie first hit the road in September in Quebec, Canada, before concluding in July in Dublin, Ireland.

The tour announcement came just weeks before the release of her third studio album of the same name.

Her previous tours include the Don’t Smile at Me, When We All Fall Asleep Tour and Happier Than Ever World Tours.

In September 2022, Billie made the crowd go wild at a packed Melbourne concert after showing off her impressive Aussie accent.

She revealed to the sold-out crowd at Rod Laver Arena her two favourite shows as a child were Aussie children’s programs H2O: Just Add Water and The Saddle Club.

She also said she ‘really wanted to have an Australian accent’ when she was growing up.

Billie’s admission prompted her guitarist to ask her to ‘give us some dialogue from the show’.

She happily obliged and adopted a stereotypical Australian accent to say, ‘Oh, no, Cleo’ which was a line from H20, and then yelled out ‘Comanche’ – the name of the horse on The Saddle Club.

The crowd roared in excitement as Billie revealed her fondness for the iconic Aussie shows.
