Taylor Swift Looked 'Unsettled' and 'Insulted' After Getting Booed at Super Bowl, Body Language Expert Says

Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs didn’t achieve their desired outcome in Super Bowl LIX. Taylor Swift attended the game and cheered for her man. Unfortunately, the crowd booed her when she appeared on the jumbotron. Here’s what a body language expert said about her appearing “unsettled” from the booing and what Kelce’s body language conveyed after the incident.

Taylor Swift looked ‘tense’ before and after the Super Bowl LIX jumbotron highlight

The jumbotron featured Taylor Swift during Super Bowl LIX. Unfortunately, the highlight resulted in the crowd booing her. While Swift broke records with “The Eras Tour” and will continue to sell out arenas in the future, the Philadelphia Eagles fans likely did not want to see more of Swift, as she was there to cheer for Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Celebrity body language expert Inbaal Honigman spoke to Lucy Parker, Digital PR Lead for Casino.ca, about Swift looking “tense” before and after the Super Bowl LIX jumbotron moment.

“Taylor displays a range of expressions while watching Travis play — most of them conveying discomfort,” Honigman noted. “When the crowd erupts in boos, she appears visibly uneasy. Her lips curl downward, and her eyes dart from side to side as she mouths, ‘What’s going on?’ This reaction reflects confusion, dismay, and even a hint of hurt.”

Honigman noted that Swift appeared to have a “dampened smile,” which showed the pop star looking “incomplete and restrained” and potentially unhappy.

“She’s feeling unsettled and perhaps even insulted, but her discomfort isn’t limited to just that moment,” the expert continued. “Even before the booing, and certainly after, Taylor looks tense.”

Overall, Swift appeared to show “heightened anxiety” throughout the game. “This raises a question: Is she nervous about how Travis might react if his team loses?” Honigman continued. “Could she be anticipating a difficult evening depending on his mood?”

Travis Kelce looked heartbroken to see Taylor Swift get booed

Travis Kelce wasn’t happy with the Super Bowl LIX outcome. And he also didn’t enjoy when the crowd booed Taylor Swift on the jumbotron. A source told DailyMail.com that Kelce was “aware” of the crowd’s negative reaction to his superstar girlfriend, and it “broke his heart” to see her visibly distressed.

“Travis was aware of Taylor getting booed, and he felt helpless,” the insider said. “Seeing the look on her face got to him.”

The source added that Kelce “always protects” Swift, “and it broke his heart. He was already having a tough night, and the fact that the stadium was predominantly Eagles fans didn’t help. Travis knows that this hurt her and anyone can see this.”

The insider noted that Eagles fans see Swift as “a traitor of sorts — being from Pennsylvania and even wearing Eagles gear prior to dating him. Travis believes that it was unnecessary for Trump to take a dig at her especially after he voiced that he was honored for a president to be there.”

Taylor Swift allegedly wanted to avoid ‘attention’ while at the Super Bowl

Taylor Swift didn’t want all eyes on her for Super Bowl LIX. An insider told The U.S. Sun that Swift didn’t “want to be the center of attention” during the big game.

“Taylor doesn’t want to be the center of attention,” the source alleged. “She just wants to support Travis and help him focus on the game.”

The insider added that Swift wanted Kelce to “enjoy his Super Bowl week,” as she dreamed of him “making history reaching another dream of his: winning another Super Bowl and making a three-peat. He loves that she is super supportive, and he is the same with her, as they got each other’s back whatever happens.”
