Political commentator Camryn Kinsey fainted in the middle of her Thursday, May 8, appearance on Fox News @ Night.

Kinsey, 25, appeared on the news broadcast to discuss former vice president Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign last year.

“Ideologies were,” Kinsey said in a clip shared via social media, starting to stumble over her words. “It’s not about …”

Before the TV journalist couple could complete her thought, she fell off her chair.

“Oh, my goodness,” fellow broadcaster Jonathan Hunt responded. “We’re just going to get some help here for Camryn. … We’re going to actually go to a break right here. We’ll be right back.”

Once the show returned from a commercial break, Hunt confirmed that Kinsey was recuperating.

“Camryn is up and moving,” he said. “We have paramedics checking her. We will keep you updated. We wish her all the best.”

A spokesperson for Fox News has also echoed Hunt’s sentiments.

“After Fox News @ Night guest Camryn Kinsey fainted during a live on-air appearance last night in our Los Angeles bureau, paramedics were called and she was treated and cleared,” a rep for the network told USA Today on Friday, May 9. “We are happy to hear she is now feeling much better and wish her a speedy recovery.”

Kinsey, who has not further addressed her health scare, is best known as a political commentator. She previously worked in the White House for six months during Donald Trump’s first term. Since then, Kinsey has served as a political correspondent and activist.

“I desire to do for the youth who feel misrepresented,” she previously told The Conservateur about her mission. “Young Americans shouldn’t feel like they have to jump on a senseless bandwagon in order to be accepted. Young Americans should think for themselves, and that is what I desire to show them.”

At the time, Kinsey noted that she’s grown confident in her convictions and in standing up for herself.

“Life is too short to be afraid of [someone] canceling you. Stand firmly in your beliefs and have faith in yourself,” she stressed. “I personally find confidence in my secure relationship with the Lord. My favorite verse of all time is, ‘Do not fear, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you. I will uphold you with my righteous hand.’”

Kinsey has continued to voice her beliefs throughout this year, though no longer working in the White House.
