We’ve been watching a lot of Paramount+ lately.

The platform recently threw another log on the fire with the premiere of Jennifer Cacicio’s true crime drama Happy Face. Starring Annaleigh Ashford, Dennis Quaid, James Wolk, and Tamera Tomakili, the series centers on a serial killer (the Happy Face Killer) who admits to a new murder as a way to reconnect with his daughter. Based on Melissa Moore’s book and podcast, Decider’s Joel Keller gave the series a “Stream It” recommendation, praising the performances by Ashford and Quaid.

Yes! The final two episodes of Catching Killers Season 1 (“True Lies: The Happy Face Killer Parts 1 and 2”) center on the notorious serial killer.
Another documentary, The Happy Face Killer: Mind of a Monster, is available to stream on the Investigation Discovery website.
