This week, Cardi B was beaming with pride as her son, Wave, celebrated his preschool graduation.
On Thursday, the music icon unveiled snapshots from the ceremony, which included a gathering of many family members.
Cardi, clad in an elegant cream-colored pantsuit, radiated happiness as she captured joyful moments with her 4-year-old throughout the event.
One picture featured the grinning mother-son pair, while another captured Wave joyfully showing off his Student’s Choice Award alongside his Blooming Achievement Award.
For the significant day, Wave donned a royal blue cap and gown, complemented by a gold “2026 Graduate” stole, making for a memorable ensemble.
After the ceremony, the family continued the celebration with a graduation dinner at a restaurant in New Jersey.
Wave is Cardi’s second child with Offset. The former couple also shares daughter Kulture. Cardi is also mom to daughter Blossom and her youngest son, who is nicknamed Brim.
The graduation comes just weeks after Cardi gave fans another glimpse into life as a mom. Earlier this month, she shared a carousel of photos on Instagram simply captioned, “just a mom.”
The post featured moments with Wave and Kulture, including a mother-daughter outing to a KATSEYE concert and a courtside trip with Wave to a New York Knicks game at Madison Square Garden.
Following the game, Cardi said the best part of the evening was watching her son enjoy the experience.
“My son had a blast. He was so freaking happy. He’s always asking for the phone [and] he didn’t ask for the phone not one time. He was having a blast. He was cheering, he was jumping,” she said during an Instagram Live.
During the same Live, the Grammy winner also revealed she’s getting ready to introduce Brim to the public.
“I’m ready to show him, to be honest with you. I’m ready. I’m really, really ready. He’s so cute. His dad got him right now, though. Good, because this house need a break,” she said.
