Singer Cassie and her husband, fitness trainer Alex Fine, have announced they are expecting their third child together.

The couple shared the news on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, through a series of  black-and-white family photos posted on Instagram.

In the images, Cassie proudly shows off her baby bump alongside Alex and their two daughters, Frankie, 5, and Sunny, 3.

The “Me & U” singer kept her post short and sweet, writing, “🤰🏽💙 #3,” hinting that they may be expecting a baby boy.

Alex Fine mirrored the announcement on his own Instagram, expressing his excitement and love for their growing family.

“Best gift I could ask for,” he wrote.

The couple’s social media posts were met with an outpouring of congratulations from fans and celebrities alike.

One fan wrote, “I don’t think I’m the only one, but I take your happiness personally.  I’m so happy! ”

Another commented, “Love to see women get their happily ever after – esp after going through abuse and trauma. You are deserving of this beautiful life  Thank you for being an example of strength and perseverance. Congrats!”

Cassie and Alex’s love story began in 2018, leading to their marriage in 2019.

They welcomed their first daughter, Frankie, later that year, followed by Sunny in 2021.

Their journey has been marked by shared joy and resilience, especially following Cassie’s public legal battle with her ex-boyfriend, Sean “Diddy” Combs. In November 2023, Cassie filed a lawsuit against Combs, alleging emotional and sexual abuse, which was settled out of court. Combs is currently facing federal charges, with a trial set for May 2025.
