TEEN Mom star Catelynn Lowell has not been included on the deed of the Michigan home she shares with her husband, Tyler Baltierra, after the couple struggled with financial issues. 

Catelynn, 32, and Tyler, 33, live in a $435,000 four-bedroom, four-bathroom Michigan home purchased in January 2023.

The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal only Tyler’s name is listed on the mortgage deed dated January 4, 2023. 

Tyler took out a $427,121 mortgage on the home, as he agreed to pay regular periodic payments by February 1, 2053. 

Catelynn’s name is not listed on the mortgage despite being included on the former home she shared with her husband. 

ALMOST SOLD

This comes after financial and real estate troubles for the stars.

The U.S. Sun previously reported Catelynn and Tyler finally found a buyer for the home they purchased back in May 2017 for $220,000. 

According to real estate records, the three-bedroom, three-bathroom house is listed as “under contract,” meaning an offer has been accepted, but the sale is not yet finalized. 

After listing the home for $454,900 in September 2023, they dropped the price to $449,900 in December of that same year. 

After a year of no interest, they took the home off the market on September 1, 2024. 

The couple re-listed the home on December 26, 2024, dropping the price to $425,000.  

A real estate listing for the 2,626 square-foot house reads, “Built in 1869 by Great Lakes sea Captain George W Smith! This home has been completely updated while preserving its historical integrity.”

“Updated kitchen and fully remodeled bathrooms, Butler’s pantry, 2626 ft, newer pool, park-like setting yard, gorgeous, wraparound porch… The list goes on and on!”

The home sits on 15 acres of land.

PRE-FORECLOSURE

The sale comes nearly a year after the home was at risk of foreclosure if the couple did not pay the amount of $5,007.72 in delinquent taxes due on March 31, 2025. 

Court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun read, “On March 1, 2024, the following real property was forfeited to the Sanilac County Treasurer for non-payment of property taxes for the year 2022.

“If the 2022 taxes are not paid by March 31, 2025, absolute title to the property and any equity associated with an interest in the property will vest in the foreclosing governmental unit.

“If the property is not redeemed and is foreclosed and sold or transferred, a person with an interest in the property at the time of judgment of foreclosure may claim that person’s interest in any remaining proceeds.”

The U.S. Sun reported the full amount of $5,297 was paid off on August 2, 2024. 

MONEY ISSUES

The MTV stars were hit with a federal tax lien on December 16, 2019, for $321,789.06. 

The lien for the 2018 year was paid off in early 2023. 

Catelynn and Tyler were also slapped with a federal tax lien for $535,010.97 for 2016 and 2017, which was paid off in 2021. 

FAMILY REALITY

Catelynn and Tyler are parents to daughters Novalee, Vaeda and Rya.

They placed their eldest daughter, Carly, up for adoption in 2009 on 16 and Pregnant. 

Catelynn and Tyler have been outspoken of Carly’s adoptive parents Brandon and Teresa Davis denying them visits with their oldest daughter in recent years. 

They have appeared on spinoffs Teen Mom, Teen Mom OG, Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, and Teen Mom: Family Reunion. 

Tyler recently revealed he makes over six figures by posting racy photos on OnlyFans. 

The new season of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter will air on January 30.
