Fans have watched Emani Richardson grow up right before their eyes, from a little girl on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta to now stepping into adulthood.

On Sunday, she celebrated a major milestone—her 20th birthday!

Her dad, Lil Scrappy, took to Instagram to pen a sweet tribute to his first-born.

“To my first born and my oldest Queen @official_emanii , daddy loves you sooo much , you actually grew up with me and I grew with you and I taught you how to grow up right and you taught me how to be a father and love someone more than I love myself and be there for you but I feel like you were always there for me cause your the e whole reason daddy kept going.”

He continued, “Happy bday my gorgeous beautiful young Queen you deserve to be forever happy and loved . Go up on em and run it up in ya 20’s with God with you and you Knw ya moms and pops right here . Ok I’m finna cry happy bday @official_emanii #Big20”

Erica Dixon, Emani’s mother, also shared similar sentiments for her “beautiful daughter”.

 Dixon wrote on Instagram, “Happy birthday to my beautiful, successful daughter! Watching you thrive in college and life fills my heart with pride. May this year bring you even more joy, growth, and unforgettable memories. I have you no matter what. Always here to support and cheer you on!!!! Enjoy your special day! Yall help me with @official_emanii a happy 20th bday!!!!”

In 2023, Emani graduated from high school and made the big decision to attend Savannah State University, Georgia’s oldest public historically Black university. Her parents couldn’t have been prouder.

“I’m so proud of my baby,” Scrappy said at the time. “She has worked her butt off to get here,” he added. “Now we finna (sic) go to the next level and that’s young adulting. So I’m ready. Let’s go princess.”
