The family of Cheyenne Floyd Davis has joyfully expanded. The star of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter has welcomed her third child, marking the second with her husband, Zach Davis.
Cheyenne shared this happy news on Instagram, posting a touching video that captures the initial moments of her newborn son’s life, all set to the tune of Kanye West’s “God Is.”
In her post’s caption, Cheyenne simply noted her son’s birth date, accompanied by a blue heart emoji, allowing the poignant visuals to convey the emotion of the moment. The newest addition joins the couple’s 4-year-old son, Ace, and Cheyenne’s 8-year-old daughter, Ryder, whom she co-parents with former partner Cory Wharton.
This joyful arrival follows a deeply emotional fertility journey that unfolded during the latest season of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter. Cheyenne and Zach had been on the verge of starting fertility treatments when fate took a turn. Just four days before their scheduled appointment, Cheyenne discovered her pregnancy through two positive tests.
Earlier this year, while announcing her pregnancy, Cheyenne reflected on their challenging path, writing, “And when we had nothing left to give, we surrendered it all to God. We told Him we couldn’t carry it anymore — and He answered. Not in our timing, but in His. This little life is proof that even in the waiting, even in the heartbreak, miracles are still being written.”
Throughout the season, the couple openly discussed how infertility impacted both their marriage and their emotional well-being. In one vulnerable moment, Cheyenne told Zach, “I think we need help.”
She later added, “I think we both definitely want to be married and have a healthy marriage, but I want to feel more connected because I feel like in order for it to work, we have to be transparent and we have to be open rather than just shutting down.”
Before learning she was pregnant, Cheyenne also shared on her Think Loud Crew podcast that she and Zach had begun researching adoption, with plans to one day welcome another child into the extra bedroom they intentionally built into their home.
