Former Teen Mom star, Cheyenne Floyd Davis, is expecting her third child, second with husband, Zach. And there is no one more excited than her four-year-old son, Ace, who keeps sharing the news with anyone and everyone that will listen!

The 27-year-old mother spoke with Access Hollywood after revealing her baby news on this season’s finale of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter. During her interview, Floyd Davis told the outlet that everyone is very excited about the new addition, especially her son, Ace.

“They’re excited! Ryder cried when we told her. And Ace was actually in the room when I told Zach, and I didn’t even think about it when I said it,” the reality star said.

“And then Ace that whole day, anyone he saw he told that he was going to be a big brother. So the person at the grocery store knew, everybody found out from Ace,” she jokes. “I couldn’t stop him, so I was like welp. I guess you know.”

The soon-to-be mother-of-three was very surprised at the news, especially since she and her husband were about to begin fertility treatments.

“He’s really surprised because Zaina actually helped us get into this fertility program that we were supposed to start with in the next four days,” she says of her best friend and The Ultimatum star, Zaina Sesay.

“So we’ve done our intake calls, we were so ready to start. We restocked our fridge with all this organic stuff. We were telling ourselves how we weren’t going to drink or party anymore. And when I told him he was like, ‘Wait, what?’ We did it without having to do the treatment and I think he was just really excited and probably happy we didn’t have to eat grass for the next 13 weeks.”

Floyd Davis goes on to tell the outlet that it was important for her to share their fertility experience with viewers because when she tried to research her specific experience, there was not much out there about secondary fertility issues.

“I think that sometimes, there’s a lot of stuff that we want to hold close right? We want to keep home, we want to keep protected,” she explained. “And I feel like when I signed up to do Teen Mom, that was a part of me signing up, was opening my home.”

“Opening up the doors to these things that normally you don’t want to share with everyone. And when I looked online, I didn’t find that much about people who were dealing that much with, especially secondary infertility. I’ve had kids but now I can’t have kids.”

“And I watched Zaina be really open about her egg freezing, so I was like, ‘Okay, she’s being open. I’ve literally signed my life away to be open.’ So I just thought we have to share and maybe it can help the next person who is going through it and we can go through it together.”

According to the World Health Organization, WHO, secondary infertility is the inability to conceive a child after a couple has already had at least one successful pregnancy. It differs from primary infertility, where a couple has never been able to conceive.
