Channel Nine’s Today Show stars have taken aim at Chrissy Teigen after she admitted she can’t remember her children’s birthdays.

Chrissy made the candid admission during an appearance on the second season of Meghan Markle’s Netflix show, With Love, Meghan.

She revealed that she had to get her four children’s birth dates tattooed on her arm, as she doesn’t remember them otherwise.

Today show hosts David Campbell and Richard Wilkins poked fun at Chrissy following her shocking confession on Wednesday.

‘Special guest Chrissy Teigen has been slammed online for a candid comment she made on the show about the kids she shares with John Legend,’ David explained.

‘She was pressing flowers and making crackers as you do, but confessed that she had her children’s birth dates tattooed on her arm, otherwise she would forget them.’

David then joked: ‘That’s why she’s got John. That’s why they’re a good partnership because sometimes one person in a relationship needs the other to be the organiser.’

‘And it depends on how many you have.’

Richard then boasted: ‘Well, I’ve got five children and I know all their names and all their birthdays.’

The TV presenter has had three marriages and shares five children with four mothers: Adam, Rebecca, Nick, Christian and Estella.

Meanwhile, Chrissy shares four children with her husband famed singer John Legend – daughters Luna, nine, and Esti, two, and sons Miles, seven, and Wren, one.

While pressing flowers and making sourdough crackers with Meghan, Chrissy began talking about her life and kids.

She then confessed that she had to have her four children’s birth dates tattooed on her arm.

‘Look, I had to get a tattoo of their birthdays, ’cause I don’t remember,’ Chrissy said to Meghan during the show, as she rolled up her sleeve to display the tattoo on her forearm.

‘Well I’ve got five children and I know all their names and all their birthdays,’ Richard said

‘Sweet!’ Meghan said in response.

‘Yeah, so April 14, May… wait, is that a 16 or an 18?’ Chrissy continued, as she struggled to read the numbers tattooed on her arm.

The cookbook author then called her husband into the room to help decipher whether the number was a 16 or an 18.

‘Who is this? Myles is…’ Teigen said, as John came in to tell her that her son was indeed born on May 16, 2018.

The clip has gone viral on TikTok, with user @nataliejeffries2 posting the moment from the show.

‘Tell me your children are just a prop without telling me they are,’ Jeffries wrote in purple text over the clip, which has gained over 369,000 views since it was posted.

In the comments section, fans couldn’t believe what they had just watched.

‘I have never seen a mother not know her kid’s birthday. Ever in my life,’ one person wrote.

Another agreed: ‘Who would freely admit this??’

‘Not memorising the social security numbers I can excuse. Forgetting your kid’s birthdays is insane and really sad!!!’ someone else typed.

Another user added: ‘Wow. I remember the birthday of my kids closest friends. If it matters to you, you’ll remember.’
