Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ son, Christian ‘King’ Combs, praised Kanye ‘Ye’ West’s support just a day before the final verdict came in. Here’s what King posted to Instagram.
Christian “King” Combs, son of hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, just dropped Never Stop, a seven-track EP produced alongside Kanye “Ye” West. Launched on June 27, 2025, the project represents a creative and emotional stand as Diddy’s trial came to a close. King characterized the studio sessions with West as “intense in the best way,” comparing West’s energy and work ethic to that of his own dad and praising the process as “watching greatness in motion.” Before the jury gave their final verdict in Diddy’s trial, King took to Instagram to praise West and thank his fans during this dark time for his family.

Kanye “Ye” West emerged as one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ most visible champions throughout the high-profile federal trial. On June 13, 2025, he made a surprise appearance at the Manhattan courthouse, dressed in white and arriving alongside Diddy’s son, Christian “King,” only to be turned away from the main courtroom and instead allowed into an overflow room. He watched the proceedings on a monitor for roughly 30–40 minutes before departing. And well before this, he took to X to declare Diddy’s innocence. He noted how Diddy helped him through difficult periods of his life, and he intended to help Diddy’s family while the trial progressed.
During the jury’s deliberations for the final verdict in Diddy’s trial, King posted a clip to Instagram thanking his fans and West.
“I want to say thank you for the love and support, for the family, for the love. Shout out to the new project, Never Stop — feeling the love for that, too. Through this dark time, you know ya’ll are shedding some light on me. So, I want to say thank you. Shout out Ye; it’s a dream come true to have a tape executive produced by him. It’s going crazy.”
King echoed these sentiments in the caption. “I really want to just shout out to the fans!!” he wrote. “I see y’all streaming, reposting, and sharing videos! It really means a lot!! Especially @ye being there when a lot of people turn they back on us! This a dream come true! Keep running up the streams!!”
West is a polarizing figure in the media. While he remains one of Diddy’s only public supporters in the wake of the trial, his reputation took a nose dive following his antisemitic tirades on X. It’s unclear if Diddy will publicly acknowledge West’s public support of him.
