Christina Haack says she’s seen her beau Joshua Hall walking around her neighborhood in the wake of their split.

Haack, 41, earlier this month revealed why she really left ex Josh Hall amid their $3.5 million divorce.

The pair split in July 2024 after nearly three years of marriage.

The TV personality – who recently reunited with ex-husband Ant Anstead for a special milestone – got candid about the end of her third marriage on the latest episode of HGTV’s Christina On The Coast. 

While sitting down with close pal Cassie Schienle, the reality star was questioned how both she and her children were faring amid the ongoing divorce.

Christina shares two children with ex Tarek El Moussa: Taylor, 14, and Brayden, nine. She is also mom to son Hudson, five – whom she welcomed with Anstead.

Haack admitted that a ‘220-lb. weight’ has been lifted now that Hall is out of the picture and added, ‘The house is so much better, the kids are so happy.

‘Like, everyone in this household is thriving and the kids truly are doing great. Everyone’s just doing better since he’s gone… just all that negative energy.’ 

Before their marriage came to an end, the media personality explained that she ‘truly tried’ to make it work with their relationship. 

Christina said that she ‘tried to give him the self-help tools, tried to keep him busy and tried to say, “Why don’t we start flipping houses?” and all those things. No matter what, you can’t make someone else happy; they can only make themselves happy.’

Her friend agreed and shared, ‘There’s nothing you could’ve done. Look, I’m proud of you because I know that wasn’t easy, to really step out of that situation that was so bad and so toxic.

‘And then also know what you were about to go up against,’ Cassie further told the mother-of-three. 

Haack then commented on facing the end of another marriage and expressed, ‘Three divorces? Of course I didn’t want to get divorced for a third time.’  

The HGTV star and Josh tied the knot in 2022 but announced their separation last year in July. She was also married to Tarek El Moussa from 2009 through 2018. Before Hall, Christina tied the knot with Ant Anstead in 2018 until their split in 2021. 

Haack’s pal then advised the Flip Or Flop alum to ‘slow it down’ when it came to her love life. 

‘Look, I know you love a relationship. You love to be in love. Not one thing has changed in our 25 years of friendship or knowing each other,’ Schienle said.

Amid her ongoing divorce, Haack has been romantically linked to businessman Christopher Larocca since October 2024. 

Earlier this year in January, a source revealed to DailyMail.com that the TV personality and Christopher had been secretly dating the CEO of Network Connex for months.

‘Christina has been dating Chris Larocca for a few months now. They’re always together and out and about around Newport,’ the insider explained at the time. ‘They even have traveled abroad and visited other countries together.’

Haack and Larocca were ‘surprised’ that the news of their relationship didn’t come out because ‘they certainly don’t hide that they’re together.’

However, it is not known when Christina first crossed paths from the businessman who is from California – but they have stopped by a few events together since striking up a romance.

Larocca also made a surprise cameo during the finale episode of HGTV’s The Flip Off earlier this month – which stars Haack as well as her ex Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather. 

Josh has also sparked up a new romance and is currently dating Stephanie Gabrys. 

Hall was initially meant to star alongside Christina in the reality series, but was ‘cut’ from the show amid their messy divorce.

Shortly after their shock split was revealed, a source told Us Weekly that Josh would no longer be a part of HGTV’s The Flip Off with Haack.

‘They are in production of The Flip Off without Josh. They’re moving forward with the show without him,’ the insider said.

Last year in October, Haack claimed that Josh had requested an ‘outrageous’ sum of $65k-a-month in spousal support. 

However, a spokesperson for Hall informed Us Weekly that Christina’s claims are ‘riddled with provably false statements’ and added, ‘Josh never requested $65,000 in support. That’s false.’ 

And last month in February, the reality star also stated that her ex had asked for $3.5 million amid the divorce during an episode of The Flip Off.

In a January episode of the series, Haack sat down with Tarek and opened up about having a ‘blow up’ with Hall which ended their marriage. 

At one point, Josh had also made an appearance in the episode and could be seen telling Christina to ‘shut up.’ 

Haack previously said that she, ‘did not enjoy filming’ with Josh before they got separated in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. 

‘Having split up made this so much easier and so much better in every way. The show would have been hard to film,’ she said.

Christina added that Josh did not like her, ‘dynamic’ with ex Tarek, stating, ‘Some would call it “flirty.” It’s more, like, a sibling-type thing.’
