Dale Moss and Kat Izzo have concluded their tropical romance, as Us Weekly can reveal.
Sources indicate that Dale, 37, and Kat, 29, parted ways this fall after connecting on the 10th season of Bachelor in Paradise, which was recorded last May. (The Sun initially broke the story of their breakup.)
Us Weekly is awaiting comments from representatives of both Dale and Kat.
The couple found love on BiP after their earlier Bachelor Nation relationships ended in disappointment.
Kat, who originally appeared on season 27 of The Bachelor, was briefly engaged to John Henry Spurlock after they met on season 9 of BiP in 2023. Dale, meanwhile, proposed to Clare Crawley on season 16 of The Bachelorette in 2020. Following their 2021 split, he moved on with HGTV star Galey Alix.
Dale decided to return to Bachelor Nation to try his hand at love again and “give up control and just see what was out there,” which is why he took part in season 10 of BiP earlier this year.
“I’m really head down with travel and work and projects and things like that, but I definitely realized that there’s more out there and sometimes you have to remove yourself from certain situations to get more clarity on that,” Dale exclusively told Us in June ahead of the season premiere.
Dale fully leaned into the process on BiP, falling fast for Kat while the pair were in Costa Rica. Although the couple was eliminated ahead of the season finale, they continued to date once the cameras stopped rolling.
“And we’re just getting started …🤍,” the pair captioned a joint Instagram post on September 3 after they were sent home together.
Kat and Dale looked loved up in the series of photos, which included snaps of them kissing on the beach, going to a baseball game and exploring the mountains together.
After finishing third on their season, Dale gave fans an update on his romance with Kat, confirming they were simply boyfriend and girlfriend.

“No engagement talks or anything like that,” Dale revealed on a September episode of “The Viall Files” podcast. “I think, like, you have the show and we built the foundation there. When we talk about after the show [ended] in June, it was still a deep exploration phase for both of us.”
He explained: “We had many conversations, things that sprung up with both of us [and] weren’t created by the other partner. Now, moving forward, we’re just in a very, very strong place.”
Two months later, Kat shut down engagement rumors after seeing an AI-generated or photoshopped image of her and Dale showing off a diamond ring circulating online.
“OK FIRST OF ALL, I WOULD NEVER DO A SQUARE NAIL bye,” Kat wrote via her Instagram Stories on November 4, referring to the nails in the photo as proof she was not engaged.
After denying an engagement, Kat sparked split rumors with Dale when she commented and then deleted a seemingly shady message on one of his TikTok videos.
“This is a reminder that things can change in a year, drastically,” Dale said in the video shared from Las Vegas on Sunday, November 23. “I was thinking today about where I was at in life, in business, in health … at this time last year. I definitely wasn’t always in the best place. The difference a year can make: habits, routines, circles.”
The former Bachelorette contestant explained, “Whatever situation you’re in — you’re going through a tough time, just know there’s always brighter days. Things take time. They do not have to take forever.”
He told his followers while getting dressed, “Life is not always easy. Situations are not always perfect. But when you can reflect back and look at some of the tough times and how you got through them, it puts a lot in perspective. Nothing too deep. Just chopping it up. Stay the course.”
Kat commented on the video, “HAHAHAHAHAHA rich coming from you!” raising eyebrows among their fans, according to Bachelornation.scoop’s Instagram page. (The comment appears to have since been deleted.)
Around the same time, eagle-eyed fans noticed that Kat no longer “follows” Dale on social media.
