Attention sci-fi enthusiasts and fans of high-quality television: Vince Gilligan, the mastermind behind Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, returns with a much-anticipated series on Apple TV. This new creation features Rhea Seehorn, a standout from Better Call Saul, alongside a talented ensemble, including Karolina Wydra.
The exciting new sci-fi drama, Pluribus, sees Seehorn in the role of Carol Sturka, a successful romance novelist who, despite her achievements, is labeled as “the most miserable person on Earth.” Her mission? To rescue the world from the grips of happiness. Carol’s quest, fraught with loneliness, introduces her to a host of significant characters in the first season, notably Wydra’s intriguing character, Zosia.
But who exactly is Zosia in Pluribus? And what can we learn about Karolina Wydra, the actress bringing her to life? Here’s the scoop on Wydra’s pivotal role in Pluribus, alongside a glimpse into her career beyond this Apple TV project.
Who Is Zosia In Pluribus?
With the debut of the first two episodes of Pluribus on November 6 at 9:00 p.m. ET, we aim to keep your viewing experience spoiler-free. We promise to share more insights about Zosia as the series gains traction. For now, we can reveal that Wydra’s character makes her debut in Episode 2, titled “Pirate Lady.” The reason behind Carol’s nickname for Zosia remains under wraps for now!
Our mostly spoiler-free review of Pluribus notes that Zosia is portrayed as “a cheerful, soothing presence who often bears the brunt of Carol’s emotional outbursts.” In a world brimming with happiness—except for Carol—Zosia stands out. The dynamic contrast between the two characters, amplified by Wydra and Seehorn’s captivating performances, results in electrifying scenes and undeniable on-screen chemistry.
While we wait to share and learn more details about Wydra’s character, let’s learn more about the Pluribus star, shall we?
