Earlier this year, the Grammy-winning artist opened up about how his son Miles’ diagnosis with type 1 diabetes has strengthened their family bonds.

“His condition is fostering resilience not just in him, but in all of us,” he shared with People. “It’s bringing us closer as we come together to support him.”

Known for his natural optimism and pragmatic approach, John explained, “When I first learned about his diagnosis, I knew it would be a transformative experience for both him and our family, but my immediate thought was, ‘We can handle this.’”

John and Chrissy have consistently demonstrated their ability to tackle challenges head-on, no matter what they may be.
