3. Denzel Washington and Elle Fanning star in this 2004 remake of the 1987 film, Man on Fire. Washington stars as a former CIA agent struggling to find meaning in his life while battling alcoholism. But, when he becomes the bodyguard of a nine-year-old, Officer John Creasy finds himself on a quest across Mexico to rescue the little girl.

4. Pitch Perfect made a star out of Anna Kendrick. In this 2012 comedy, Kendrick plays Beca, a freshman at Barden University who has a secret passion for making music. But the only outlet on campus for that talent turns out to be the Barden Bellas, a stilted, all-girls singing group that regularly faces off – and loses – against their male rivals. But, despite her dry sense of humor and aloofness, Beca might be just what the Bellas need. 5. The Barden Bellas are back! Anna Kendrick teamed back up with her singing sisters for yet another musical showdown in Pitch Perfect 2. In this installment, the Barden Bellas suffer yet another humiliating defeat at Lincoln Center and try to redeem themselves by entering an international competition for what could be their final shot at redeeming themselves. Brittany Snow, Rebel Wilson, Anna Camp and more returned for this sequel, with the addition of newcomer Hailee Steinfeld.

6. Ford v Ferrari follows car designer Carroll Shelby (Matt Damon) and driver Ken Miles’s (Christian Bale) quest to build a car for Ford that could take on Enzo Ferrari at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1966. The James Mangold film missed out on winning Best Picture in 2020, but it did take home two Oscars for sound editing and film editing.

7. The 2018 animated feature Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse kicked off the rich and ambitious Spider-Verse saga we know and love. Shameik Moore stars as our new superhero Miles Morales, who gets bitten by a radioactive spider and gains abilities similar to Spider-Man. But when Spider-Man dies and Miles struggles to take up the mantle, he gets some much needed help from Spider-Mans from other dimensions to help him defeat Kingpin – all while navigating the demands of high school and his parents’ watchful eyes.

8. KPop Demon Hunters is an animated musical about a girl group of K-pop superstars – voiced by Arden Cho, May Hong, and Ji-young Yoo – who secretly moonlight as demon hunters and work to keep the demonic forces at bay. But they meet their match in an irresistible rival boyband who are secretly demons. KPop Demon Hunters is a highly entertaining original animated film from Netflix, complete with original music, an all-star cast, and plenty of humor.

9. The Bad Guys is an animated comedy following a a group of criminals on their journey to redemption after being caught. However, their newfound good nature is challenged as a new villain begins to make his presence known. The movie stars Anthony Ramos, Sam Rockwell, and Awkwafina.
