Zombies franchise fans are about to have the best summer yet as Disney Channel is returning to Zombietown for Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires.

According to JustJaredJr.com, the fourth installment of the franchise will see the return of one of BCKOnline’s favorite faces, Chandler Kinney, in addition to Meg Donnelly, Milo Manheim, Kylee Russell, along with several other familiar faces and new characters.

Curious about what to expect from this new film? Per JJJ, here’s a synopsis of the action.

In the first three Zombies movies, Zed (Manheim) and Addison (Donnelly) brought human and monster kind together in their hometown of Seabrook. Now, a new adventure dawns for the duo when their summer road trip takes an unexpected detour, landing them in the middle of yet another monster rivalry: Daywalkers vs. Vampires. Tensions flare when Zed and Addison find themselves acting as camp counselors between the two opposing supernatural factions. With the help of Eliza (Russell) and Willa (Kinney), they must convince sworn enemies Nova (Freya Skye) and Victor (Malachi Barton) to try to unite their warring worlds before an even greater threat endangers them all.

New faces that will join the residents of Zombietown include: Julian Lerner as daywalker Ray, Swayam Bhatia as vampire Vera, Mekonnen Knife as vampire Vargas, Lisa Chappell as Vampire Eldress and Jonno Roberts as Commander Bright.

Paul Hoen directs the new installment based on a screenplay by David Light & Joseph Raso and Josh Cagan.

If by some chance, you aren’t familiar with the Zombies universe, let us catch you up before the debut of the new original movie.

The Disney Channel Zombies franchise consists of three, soon-to-be four, science-fiction/supernatural-drama/musical movies. The plot of the franchise largely centers on the friendship and romance between Zed, a zombie, and Addison, a half-human/half-alien cheerleader and their friends. Over the three movies, the teens from Seabrook High have dealt with Werewolves, Aliens, and upcoming soon, Vampires.

Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires debuts on Disney Channel on July 10 at 7pm ET/PT. The movie will stream globally the next day on Disney+, worldwide.
