Will & Grace star Eric McCormack appears to have found love again, over a year after his divorce from Janet Holden. 

The actor, 61, was spotted holding hands with a woman named Sue Conder, 50, in New York City on Monday.

The happy duo looked every inch the cute new couple as they went shopping in the Big Apple together, even having some fun trying on new sunglasses.

The wintry outing called for appropriate layered attire.   

A beaming Sue was bundled up in a black coat and scarf which she paired with grey slacks and leather ankle boots.

She slung a dainty black purse across her body and also carried a huge shopping bag from Steve Madden over her shoulder.

Eric was looking dapper in a brown button down coat, grey scarf, and fitted blue jeans.

The shopping excursion included a pitstop at a sunglasses booth, where the duo tried on a few fashionable frames. 

Sue appears to work as a flight attendant and on her Instagram account she describes herself as a ‘fitness and yoga enthusiast.’ 

She also also announced as the new sales and marketing manager for Curtis Health back in 2019. 

The outing comes over a year after Eric’s wife Janet Holden filed for divorce after more than 26 years of marriage.

Janet filed to dissolve their union in November 2023, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’, according to TMZ.

They share son Finnigan Holden McCormack, 22, together.

Surprisingly, a few months later, Eric attended the Elton John AIDS Foundation 2024 Oscars viewing party with Janet.

Sue seemed to be looking at her reflection as Eric appeared to reach for another pair 

He tried on a fun pair of shades 

They posed for several cute snaps together on the red carpet and even posed up a storm during the actual event.

The current status of their divorce remains unclear.  

Eric and Janet first met in 1994 on the set of the Lonesome Dove TV show in Canada, on which he starred and she was an assistant director.

‘I met my wife, Janet, in 1994 on the set of a TV series. She was the assistant director. I was just coming out of a relationship, and not to be trusted. I’d been dating actresses but Janet was different. She wore jeans, drove a pick-up truck,’ he told The Guardian about the start of their romance in 2007.

‘There was a little bit of mystery and danger, which was fun,’ Janet previously told People.

After falling in love, they kept their romance a secret for a while.

‘At first she wasn’t too keen. She knew actors are a lot of work: it would be like taking your work home with you. But I managed to convince her,’ he shared.

‘We had a secret affair the first season. I mean, dating crew! Actually, it was much worse for her, because she wasn’t supposed to give any of the actors preferential treatment.’

However, after she moved on to a different position following the first season, they took their romance public, showing up to the wrap party together in 1995.

The pair tied the knot in August 3, 1997, and welcomed Finnigan on July 1, 2002.
