Love Island USA fans may think they know the Season 6 islanders, but Love Island: Beyond the Villa is giving viewers an even deeper look into their new lives since leaving Fiji.
And this week’s episode will be no different (though it unfortunately won’t be diving into JaNa Craig‘s dramatic breakup with Kenny Rodriguez.)
DECIDER got an exclusive sneak peek at the new episode of Beyond the Villa, airing July 31. In this week’s episode, Season 6 winners Serena Page and Kordell Beckham are still going strong as they discuss how they’ll navigate spending time apart when Beckham travels for work, while Leah Kateb and Kaylor Martin both have some frank confessions to share.
In this new first look, which can be viewed at the top of this article, Page and Beckham attend a cooking class together ahead of his work trip to Atlanta. She openly gushes over how happy she is to be with Beckham, almost a year after they won the Peacock series.
“I was so excited. I was so happy I had my person in L.A. with me,” she says in the trailer. “I couldn’t imagine not being with him.”
And Page lays it on thick when he asks what she’s going to be doing while he’s away. “Crying,” she deadpans.
But there’s no hard feelings here. “I’m very sad but I’m proud. We love a working man,” she says in a confessional.
Fans will also get to see their favorite trio reunite for a cozy nighttime barbecue where Kateb opens up to Page and Craig about her recent health scare. She recently had to get a biopsy done after discovering bumps on her arm.
“My brain has been so preoccupied,” she admits as she adds that she’s been seeing doctors “all week.”
“My mind is filled with a lot of what-if’s… I can’t believe this is even a thing right now,” she says.
But fans can always count on Martin and Olivia Walker for some comedic relief. The best friends finally sit down for some much needed girl talk after feuding for the first few episodes.
Walker appears supportive of Kaylor’s dating drama, but in her confessional after their conversation she admits, “‘What the fuck?’ is what’s going through my brain.”
New episodes of Love Island: Beyond the Villa stream on Peacock every Thursday.
