Gigi Hadid, who began gracing the runways for renowned fashion houses such as Marc Jacobs, Chanel, and Victoria’s Secret at the tender age of 18, is prioritizing a sense of normalcy for her daughter. To achieve this, she has opted to keep Khai out of the spotlight on her Instagram and other social media platforms.
The model, who turned 31 on April 23, shared with her over 75 million Instagram followers in 2021, “Our wish is that she can choose how to share herself with the world when she comes of age and that she can live as normal of a childhood as possible, without worrying about a public image that she has not chosen.”
Although Gigi, who began dating Bradley Cooper in 2023, maintains a penthouse in New York City, she spends most of her time at her farmhouse in Pennsylvania, located about two hours away.
She and Zayn Malik, Khai’s father, decided the rural setting would be ideal for raising their daughter. “It’s a great place to raise a child because there’s so much for her to do here,” the musician explained to L’Officiel magazine in March 2024. “So, we do spend a lot of time outside.”
