Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has firmly denied rumors suggesting that Germany turned down his appointment as an ambassador, labeling these reports as untrue.
The denials follow an exclusive article by The Gazette, which claimed that Germany had refused his ambassadorial nomination.
Addressing the issue on his X account, Fani-Kayode dismissed the claims as “fake news,” asserting that they are being spread by political adversaries unhappy with his new role.
Despite the ongoing debate, he reiterated his dedication to serving his country in his official capacity.
He further affirmed his commitment to continue serving the country despite the controversy.
