Kelsea Ballerini made a stunning appearance at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles on Monday night.

The 31-year-old country singer — who recently spoke openly about therapy — bared her sculpted abs in a sparkly, strapless black dress with a midriff cutout and thigh-high slit.

It comes after she denied pregnancy speculation after she was forced to postpone several tour dates in early February due to sickness.

The star’s sizzling dress thrilled fans, with many raving about her toned abs.

‘OK ABS,’ one fan wrote, while another asked her to share her ab routine.

Another shared a still of her boyfriend Chase Stokes from the show Outer Banks, where he plays John B, writing, ‘Kelsea Ballerini’s abs and face and everything wtf i die John B you lucky f**k.’ 

‘So beautiful,’ another comment read. Meanwhile another fan called her ‘stunning.’

It comes after a fan guessed on social media that Ballerini was ‘maybe pregnant?!?’ to which the blonde beauty countered with a TikTok video.

Clad in a black puffer jacket, trucker hat, and brightening masks under her eyes, she said in a brief snippet, ‘Or maybe it’s the flu.’

Kelsea looked sensational on Monday evening as she walked the red carpet by herself.

Her long, golden locks were parted down the middle with the front pieces tucked behind her ears as the slightly tousled hair fell down her back.

She teased her modest cleavage in the sexy look, which was rounded out with a pair of pointy-toe, netted heels. 

Ballerini has been dating boyfriend Chase since early 2023, following her 2022 divorce from Morgan Evans.

Upon releasing her fifth studio album Patterns in late October, she revealed they took their relationship to the next level by moving in together.

‘Oh, we’re unpacked, baby!’ she told People magazine about the life update, which she sings about in her song Baggage.

Ahead of her album release, Ballerini teased on social media in August, ‘PATTERNS. October 25th. Sorry Mom, out tonight at midnight. let’s start unpacking…’

Ballerini told the Associated Press about the new music, ‘I think that people probably expect this really happy-go-lucky, love, mushy, gushy record from me. That’s not the case.’

Kelsea was too sick to complete a live concert in Buffalo, New York on February 6, prompting a stagehand to announce that the show was over.

‘This is a conversation I did not want to have tonight,’ the crew member told the crowd at the time. 

‘She just can’t finish. She is too sick, and we’ve given everything, we’ve tried to do it, and we unfortunately cannot finish the show tonight.’

The person added, ‘I do not know much beyond that. We are going to look at options and you will be receiving emails. Beyond that, there is not much that I can say right now.’

Later, the songstress emerged online to address disappointed fans and announced the postponement of more shows.

‘Buffalo, I am so so sorry that I could not finish the show tonight,’ she said via an Instagram Story video. 

‘I am sicker than I’m trying to be, and I did not want to let anyone down tonight, and I just got through the first few songs and I couldn’t do it. And I am so sorry, but I never want to give you a half-ass show.’

‘We are rescheduling tonight, Buffalo, tomorrow, Pittsburgh, and the next day, Toronto, to the end of the tour and I will make them the best shows I’ve ever played in my whole life, and I will pull out every stop for you, and I will make it so worth it,’ she promised.
