Nigerian artist Abolore Adegbola Akande, better known as 9ice, has recently become a topic of discussion online after his interaction with Alhaji Musliu Ayinde Akinsanya, the president of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), who is widely recognized as MC Oluomo.
A viral video captured the moment when 9ice moved to embrace Oluomo, who was seated, and appeared to offer prayers in his ear following the receipt of a cash gift.
In the footage, the NURTW leader handed 9ice several bundles of N500 notes. This prompted the singer to lean in for a heartfelt hug and deliver a series of prayers, to which Oluomo responded with repeated “amen.”
