Less than one year after finalizing their divorce, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez reunited at the premiere of Kiss of the Spider Woman, her latest film. The couple posed together on the red carpet, and fans were quick to notice that they seemed to be on good terms. Many people expressed their hope that Bennifer would reunite for a third time.

Affleck is a producer of Kiss of the Spider Woman, and Lopez is one of the leads. They walked the red carpet together and appeared to be friendly as they chatted. This led many to speculate on the state of their relationship.
“It looks like they still have so much love for one another,” wrote one Reddit user. “I was really rooting for them. This kinda makes me sad.”
“She has songs, Dear Ben from the 2000s and a literal album about the man,” wrote one person. “He’s the love of her life. She’d suffer anything for this man, and he still tragically and publicly dumped her – twice. Nevertheless, I’m here for their 3rd hookup when they’re in their 70s. The love of our lifetime. Lol.”
Many people agreed that their rapport at the premiere was a sign that things aren’t fully over between them.
“I have a feeling they are not done with each other,” wrote another person. “Give it a few years for Bennifer 3.0 lol.”
“We will see them back together again for the third wedding in 20 years,” predicted one person.

Affleck spoke to the crowd at the premiere. He said he’s proud to have been a part of making the movie.
“I’m humbled and honored to be standing up here,” he said, per People. “I won’t talk for very long, except to say that when we started Artists Equity, my principal goal was to empower great artists, tell moving stories, create opportunities for these kinds of great stories to be told, and work with the best directors in the world and the best actors and the best material. In this movie we did all of that, and it’s an honor to be here. This movie is exquisite.”
He praised Lopez and her co-star, Tonatiuh.
“Jennifer, you’re incredible. Bill [Condon], you did an amazing job. Tonatiuh, you’re phenomenal,” he said. “Welcome to a lifelong stardom. Enjoy it. There’s ups and downs. But here you are.”
Lopez also spoke. In her speech, she thanked Affleck for producing the film.
She said she doesn’t want a relationship
While many people were hopeful for a reunion, Lopez said they shouldn’t expect one anytime soon. She wants to spend some time on her own after the divorce.
“Now I’m excited, when you say you’re just going to be on your own,” she said, per People. “Yes, I’m not looking for anybody, because everything that I’ve done over the past 25, 30 years, being in these different challenging situations, what can I f***ing do when it’s just me flying on my own … what if I’m just free?”
The former couple finalized their divorce in January of this year.
