Cardi B is embracing a whirlwind year as she prepares for both motherhood and the stage. Currently expecting her fourth child, the Grammy-winning rapper has been open about balancing prenatal care with the intense planning for her forthcoming “Little Miss Drama Tour.” Insiders say the tour will feature dazzling choreography and bold new visuals, but Cardi is just as focused on keeping her pregnancy front and center. So, will her tour continue as planned despite her pregnancy? Here’s what she said.

Cardi B’s “Little Miss Drama Tour” is gearing up to be a milestone in her career, her first-ever headline arena tour in support of her sophomore album, Am I the Drama?, dropping Sept. 19, 2025. The tour will span 31 dates across North America, beginning Feb. 11, 2026, in Palm Desert, California. And it wraps up on April 17 in Atlanta. The tour includes stops at major arenas such as Madison Square Garden and the Kia Forum, marking some of Cardi’s biggest venues yet.
What makes this tour especially significant is how it intersects with Cardi B’s personal life. She confirmed in a CBS Mornings interview that she is expecting her fourth child (and first with boyfriend Stefon Diggs), with the baby due in February 2026 — just before the tour begins.
So, will her fourth pregnancy interfere with her tour? On Sept. 17, 2025, she reassured her fans that her pregnancy won’t get in the way.
“Album drops Friday! Thank you everybody for the love and support … by the time tour comes I’ll be doing splits, somersaults backflips and handstands I want this really bad and I’m on a very strict plan … trust me I’m determined to give my fans the best album AND tour experience!!” she posted to X.
While speaking on The Jennifer Hudson Show, she told fans she’s “already preparing” for the upcoming tour — and her pregnancy certainly isn’t stopping her.
“I’m already preparing for it,” she explained. “I’m already preparing for it — I’m at the gym, and I’m taking dancing classes already.”
