This evening’s episode of Dancing With The Stars brought a chilling atmosphere to the ballroom with its “Halloween Night” theme. The performances were nothing short of spine-tingling, captivating both the judges and audience alike. It wasn’t Andy Richter’s snug attire that sent shivers down spines; it was the eerie and spectacular routines delivered by the celebrity contestants and their partners.
The night’s competition unfolded in two rounds, with the second being the renowned Dance Monster-Thon. In this segment, each couple took turns on the dance floor, striving to remain in the spotlight as long as possible. The longer they lasted, the more points they racked up, with the final couple standing securing victory. The evening concluded with a tally of judges’ scores, live viewer votes, and Monster-Thon points to decide which couple would face elimination.
Kicking off the night’s performances was celebrity contestant Whitney Leavitt alongside her partner Mark Ballas. Their routine was a showcase of Leavitt’s ability to channel the pressures of the competition into a mesmerizing performance, earning them a stellar score of 37 out of 40. Leavitt also celebrated her second perfect 10 of the week. Adding to the excitement, guest judge Cheryl Burke, a former pro and two-time Mirrorball champion, graced the panel.
What Happened To Elaine Hendrix On Dancing With The Stars?
Unfortunately, celebrity contestant Elaine Hendrix was absent from this week’s episode due to an ankle injury sustained during rehearsal, which led to an unexpected hospital visit. (A truly frightening ordeal!) Despite her absence, the DWTS team aired footage of their rehearsal, allowing the judges to score their performance with a commendable 32 out of 40. Fans can breathe a sigh of relief as Hendrix and her partner were spared elimination this week.
On a more triumphant note, influencer Alix Earle and her partner Val Chermo dazzled with their performance, earning a near-perfect score of 39 out of 40. This impressive feat placed them at the top of the leaderboard for the night.
The couple of celebrity Whitney Leavitt and Mark Ballas got 5 extra points because they won the Monster-Thon round, so their final score was of 42 points in total, which made them second on the leaderboard.
Who Left Dancing With The Stars Tonight?
Now, let’s focus on which couple had the lowest votes of the night, comedian Andy Richter and his pro Emma Slater. The couple danced to a Paso Doble to the “Symphony No. 5 in C minor, Op. 67: I. Allegro con brio,” composed by Ludwig van Beethoven. The judges gave them a score of 28 out of 40, which put them at the bottom of the leaderboard.

And now, it’s finally the time to announce the couple that was eliminated from the competition this week. No, it wasn’t Andy and Emma, despite their lowly score. Rather, it was a very shellshocked Jen Affleck and Jan Ravnik. The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star seemed very disappointed but graciously thanked her partner for a wonderful experience in the ballroom.
Well, we are truly looking forward to find out what other surprises await us on next week’s DWTS episode, “Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame,” which will be released on Tuesday, November 4, at 8 PM EST, airing live simultaneously on Disney+ and ABC.
